Nopi is a Zimbabwean dessert made from a local melon "Majoto", and sadza. It is often eaten with milk and sugar. The ingredients and the way of preparing it differs from family to family, but the common ingredients are yellow pumpkins, which are cut into small pieces and stirred to form porridge, where salt, Mielie-meal, and sugar are added to thicken it a little bit.
