No problem, but I don't know what you mean by "delete". Each page has a history button on top. That tells you who all contributed to the article. You'll also see something like this:
(cur) (last) 18:16, November 12, 2005 Nichalp (welcome + lakshadweep)

Its pretty self-explanatory, diff will tell you the difference between edits, and the links will show you the exact data as stored at the given time. For all edits made Edit summaries should be used.
