Noel "Narcho" Allison is a character from the re-imagined Battlestar Galactica series.

Narcho was a Senior Colonial Viper pilot from the Battlestar Pegasus. He is first seen in the episode "Pegasus" accompanying Admiral Helena Cain on her visit to the Battlestar Galactica. He later transfers to the Galactica after the destruction of Pegasus during the Battle of New Caprica.
In the episode "Pegasus", Narcho brags about his having 48 kills. He is then mocked by Kara "Starbuck" Thrace for the fact that he paints his kills on the side of his ship.
Narcho is also there during the briefing on the reconnaissance mission on Pegasus. He mocks Starbuck's plan to use the Blackbird to get closer to the Cylon fleet and refers to the Blackbird as a "homemade tin can".
In the episode "Resurrection Ship, Part II, Narcho leads the Pegasus Viper squadron against Galactica during Commander Adama and Admiral Cain's standoff.
In the episode "A Day in the Life", Narcho announces that the fleet has gone 49 consecutive days without enemy contact.
