Noel Peyton

Noel Peyton (born on 4 December 1935 in Dublin, Republic of Ireland) is an Irish former professional footballer.
An inside left, he played 6 times for the Republic of Ireland national football team, once while at Shamrock Rovers.
After playing for Rovers, where he made 2 appearances in European competition, he moved to Leeds United in January 1958 for a £5,000 fee. He scored 20 goals in 117 games in over five years at Leeds before joining York City for £4,000 in July 1963.
He played two seasons with York scoring 4 goals in 37 appearances.
