Noel (ノエル Noeru?) Voiced by: Ryoko Nagata is a fictional character in the manga and anime series Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch.
She is the princess of the Antarctic Ocean, and is twin sister of Caren, although they are born in different places and have never met each other. Noel and Rina are close friends and have sworn to help each other when their enemy was making trouble in the seas. Noel and Rina escaped when their kingdoms were destroyed, but they were caught up by the monsters and Noel sacrificed herself to save Rina.
Since then, Noel has been contained in a sleeping glass until she was finally rescued.

[edit] Noel's Forms
Noel has three forms: her mermaid, human, and Deep Blue Pearl Voice form. Her mermaid form follows the trend of all the other mermaid princesses, with two pearl bracelets around her left wrist and tail. In her human form, the colors of her eyes and hair remain the same like when she is a mermaid. She wears a necklace with her pearl inside it like the other mermaid princesses. Lastly, there is her idol form, her Deep Blue (Ai-iro) Pearl Voice. Her costume is a short deep blue dress. Except for the colors, Noel's and Caren's dresses are similar.
