Nobuto Hosaka (保坂 展人 Hosaka Nobuto) is a Japanese politician and member of the House of Representatives for the Social Democratic Party.
He criticised a Japanese moral panic which occurred when Kaoru Kobayashi murdered a 7-years-old girl.[1]
