"Nobody Knows" is a single released in 1996 by rhythm and blues artist Tony Rich. Released as his debut single, the song peaked at #2 on both the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 and Hot Adult Contemporary Tracks charts.
In 1997, country music artist Kevin Sharp released a cover version of the song, also as his debut single. It became Sharp's first and only Number One single on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks charts, spending four weeks at the top.
