I removed H.G. Wells' War of the Worlds by Timothy Hines since, in the article, it cited the film as being made for $50,000.00. As most films mentioned here were made for around $1.000.00, perhaps H.G. Wells' War of the Worlds belongs in the low-budget. rather than no budget category.
