[edit] California terminology for NPA

What, if any, other word do the laws of California use for NPA? I see that Jcmiller added to the article stating that in California Independent refers to a particular political party, but he doesn't state whether California uses NPA as Michigan does, or if they have another word. Does anyone have any insight on this? mdkarazim 01:04, 16 May 2006 (UTC)
