"No Hay a Quien Culpar" is the Spanish language version of "When All Is Said and Done", a hit single by Swedish pop group ABBA from their 1981 studio album The Visitors. Lead vocal was sung by Anni-Frid Lyngstad. The Spanish title translates as "No One Is To Blame". The track was also slightly remixed, for example leaving out the double-tracked snare drum of the original English version and adding new synth overdubs, giving the song a warmer feeling than the original version. "No Hay a Quien Culpar" was released as a single in Spanish speaking countries in 1982, and also included on the South American versions of album The Visitors. The band also made a new video of the track for the South American market. The track was first released on CD in 1994 as part of the Polydor US compilation Más ABBA Oro, and in 1999 included on the expanded re-release of ABBA Oro: Grandes Éxitos.
