Description	English: This office building was all new and shiny in the early 1990s, when it was the local Inkombank headquarter. Alas, Inkombank went bust in 1998, and the building now belongs to NizhPoligraph, some kind of printing company. One can see the traces of the Inkombank logo in the upper part of the building façade.
