I've listed this as a Jewish Seminary. NOT because of the term "semiray" meaning midrasha in many circles; as far as english readers go, midrashot should not be included in seminaries. However, Nishmat does rtain toenot as well as women to advise on issues of Niddah. For that reason, I classify is as a seminary, although it does not (ב"ה) give smicha.
