Nina Carter (born 4 October 1952) is a former 1970s Page Three girl and pop singer.

Using her real name, Penny Mallett, Nina Carter frequently appeared in Mayfair magazine. During that period, she appeared in a softcore 8 mm film called Miss Mayfair. In the 1980s, she was a member, with fellow former Page Three girl Jilly Johnson, of the girl group Blonde on Blonde.
Carter had a brief cameo in the movie An American Werewolf in London (1981).

Carter was married to musician Rick Wakeman from 1984 to 2004. They have a son and a daughter.
She now runs a life-coaching and training company.
