This template is intended to notify users that a page has been protected in order to prevent it from existing.
The article at Mihai Timofti exists, so it obviously isn't protected from creation. Having that template on an article that exists does not make sense. Please help me understand what it is you are trying to use the protection templates for. --Onorem♠Dil 15:58, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
