This is Shannon Rowbury's Father. Shannon is attempting to achieve the Olympic "A" standard time in the 1500 meter run this weekend in Carson California at the Adidas Track Classic which will be televised on ESPN at 1pm Pacific time on Sunday, May 18,2008. Shannon has achieved the time needed to compete in the Olympics if she becomes one of the top three competitors in the 1500m races at the Olympic Trials (Track) in Eugene, Oregon at the end of June.
