Niguel West

Niguel West is a neighborhood of 101 houses in Laguna Niguel near the intersection of Crown Valley Parkway and Camino Del Avion. The neighborhood is divided into two sections: Niguel West I and Niguel West II.

[edit] How to get there To get to Niguel West, take the 5 to Crown Valley and drive to the beach (Turn right if coming south and turn left if coming north.) Take that street for about twenty minutes and there will be a signal, Club House Drive. It is the second neighborhood after that signal.

Coming from Pacific Coast Highway (Freeway 1), go to Crown Valley and drive inland (Turn right if coming North and turn left is coming south.) The second signal will be the street Camino del Avion. The neighborhood is the first left from that signal.

[edit] Streets There are 4 streets in Niguel West: Mt. Rainier, Grand Canyon, Mamouth Cave and Isle Royal. There are 5 houses on Mamouth Cave, 15 houses on Mt. Rainier, 14 houses on Grand Canyon, 12 houses on Isle Royal and 45 houses on National Park.

[edit] History Niguel West was built in the 1970s originally only containing Niguel West I. In the 1980s the neighborhood expanded with the completion of Niguel West II, adding on 20% more to the neighborhood.
