Nightrunner series is a fantasy novels by Lynn Flewelling, consisting of Luck in the Shadows, Stalking Darkness, Traitor's Moon, and the soon-to-be published Shadows Return.

Much of the story focuses on the various intrigues and dealings between the various countries and organisations within the countries. A few such notable organisations include but are not limited to:
- Watchers- a highly secretive band of spies, watched over by the "Guardian" they are loyal in name to the Queen of Skala but may on occasion work for a higher goal and the greater good of Skala
- The Third Oreska- located in the Oreska house in Skala, this is an organisation of Wizards, the third such incarnation- it's members have an Aurenfaie based lineage which allows them to use magic and gifts them with a long life.
