High schooler Billy Colton (Derek Rydall) makes a chilling discovery one night while playing peeping tom on his next door neighbor (and local history teacher) Zachary Willard (Allen Garfield) he observes a brutal satanic murderer of local hooker, Lisa Grace (Shannon Tweed)! Police captain Crane (Richard Roundtree) finds it hard to swallow; so soon, occult specialist Ronald 'Ron' Devereaux (Elliott Gould) becomes the only believer to Billy's accusations, all the while the deaths keep on coming.
