Niftybiscuits is a term used in sub-pop culture to describe things that are desirable, cool, or incredible. Separated, the two words have existed for years. BIscuits is a well known type of bread, and nifty is a word orignating in the nineteen fifties, also meaning cool. The word niftybiscuits, however, was not coined until July of 2004. It was invented by Benjamin F. Miller, who discovered that the combination of the two words while searching for a screename to add to his AIM. The new combination word began circulating around Waco, Texas, the birthplace of the word. It soon became a reasonably well known word, though few knew it's exact meaning meaning. And theirin lies the genious of the word. While the traditional meaning is "cool" or "incredible", the word can be used to represent anything when uttered by the user.
