Nieng Arp or Lady Vampire is a 2004 Cambodian horror film.

It is about a young woman who was raped by a group of gangsters, with her boyfriend being killed by them, too. She later was possessed by an old witch, and was turned into a krasue, which is a vampiric head with intestines trailing behind it. After becoming a krasue, she gained an urge to kill the gang that raped her, as revenge. Later on, a group of students come to her house for a few days, and find out what she truly is.

This film is a first Khmer horror film success, grossing $1,000,000 dollar in 6 cinemas for almost 3 months. In its opening week, millions of audience went to see it. The cinemas were often sold out of tickets due to this.

For the special effects in this film, they used a doll's head with pig intestines shoved in it to make the Krasue's head. It didn't make look real Krasue in the film but the sound effect is a part to make everyone screames helped when they see the krasue in many scene.
