Do you have any suggestions for how this wouldn't be flagged as corporate advertising?

I'm new at creating wikipedia pages.

I cannot give you much advice that you'll enjoy, I suspect. ideally, to start with, you need to be unconnected with the organisation. I suspect you are connected to the organisation. And you need to establish in the text of the article what it is about the organisation that makes it sufficiently notable to have a listing in the encyclopedia.
