Nicholas Evans (born 1980 in Bradenton, Florida, Manatee County) is a former Bradenton Police Officer. He grew national attention when he arrested a homeless lady, and puled her shoping cart full of personal items to the jail, over 13 miles. Nicholas Evans, is now a martial arts instructor[1], and has been involved in Tae Kwon Do[2] for over 20 years. The story first broke by writer Mike Scarcella of the Herald Tribune.
