Nicole Taylor Hart was born Jennifer Nicole Cedzich September 27 in Nashville, Tennessee, to country songwriter Chris Gantry and Mary Cason. She is an actress and writer.
She is married to singer/songwriter Emerson Hart and mother of Lucienne Elizabeth Hart born October 4, 2007.
In 2003, she won an ASCAP award for "Best Theme Song of Television" with her husband for co-writing "Generation" for the NBC drama American Dreams.
