Nicola Mattina (born 1970 in Napoli) is a technologist, new media consultant, and commentator. He is known as one of the Italian leading thinkers about the digital world.^{[citation needed]} Mattina's work focuses on how the social media are changing human relationships, communication, and society. He is founder and ceo at Elastic, a management consulting company specialised in enterprise social software and social media governance.
