Nickelodeon SPLAT! is a television block on Nickelodeon. SPLAT! was the last program recorded at Nickelodeon Studios. It aired live every weekday in the summer of 2004, airing on commercial breaks between Nick shows from 5-7pm. It was often divided into three teams - the green, the yellow and the red. The teams, made up of contestants taken from the Universal Studios theme park aged 7-16, would have to perform silly tasks to earn prizes. At the end of each show one team would win, and the team, along with its captain and respective studio audience (the audience was divided into three teams as well) would be blasted with slime. One week this was shown with the yellow team on VH1's Best Week Ever. The show was cancelled when Nickelodeon Studios closed.
