Nick Ponting

Nick Ponting is a retired male badminton player from England.

He won the bronze medal at the 1993 IBF World Championships in mixed doubles with Gillian Clark. He won the gold medal at the 1994 All England Championships with Jo Wright (now Goode). He won a gold and bronze medal at the 1994 Commonwealth Games held at Victoria, Canada. He was ranked No1 in the world at mixed doubles during 1993. He won the All England Over 40s mens doubles(with Nitin Panesar) and mixed doubles ( with Julie Bradbury)in 2008.
