Niall Henderson (born February 7, 1988) is a Northern Irish footballer, currently playing for Scottish Football League Division Two side Raith Rovers.

Henderson started his career with Dumbarton and then moved to Gretna but never made a senior start for either club. He transferred to Raith Rovers on 18 January 2008 on a short-term deal to the end of the season, making his debut in the 1-0 victory at Queens Park on January 19, 2008.
