Though the picture is subject to copyright I (Peter G Werner 06:15, 23 March 2007 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- it is only a 30-second sample of a much longer track.
- it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the album or video in any way;
- the music sample is significant because it was made by a famous artist, Nervous Gender, being a notable representation of their sound, as well as an exmplar of the sound of the genre of early synthpunk.
