Regarding your article The School Rules. There are several reasons why the article was deleted. The most significant is that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and so is not the right place for a verbatim copy of a set of rules for a school. Please have a look at Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not for more information. Particularly Wikipedia is not just a place to put any information that you think might be useful. We already have a place for that - it's the rest of the Web.

Secondly the name of the article The School Rules is wrong because it does not tell us which school it is taling about. You have to remember that someone coming to this article for the first time will have no idea what it is talking about.

Finally the school rules are copyright of wroever wrote them, and Wikipedia cannot publish them without permission.
