[edit] Speedy deletion of New generation

A tag has been placed on New generation, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read our the guidelines on spam as well as the Wikipedia:Business' FAQ for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If you have a close connection to some of the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred from the tone of the edit and the proximity of the editor to the subject, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:

  1. editing articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;
  2. participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors;
  3. linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam);
    and you must always:
  4. avoid breaching relevant policies and guidelines, especially neutral point of view, verifiability, and autobiography.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have conflict of interest, please see Wikipedia:Business' FAQ. For more details about what constitutes a conflict of interest, please see Wikipedia:Conflict of Interest. Thank you. RT | Talk 21:27, 11 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Hey

About new generation, the article you are creating seems spam, in the box above, there are links to see if you can get your company in. Remember this is an encyclopedia, not a vanity press. See guidelines here as well. If you need more help, please ask my talk page again RT | Talk 21:39, 11 March 2008 (UTC)

Sources need to be third party, not just taken from a book published by the orginisation - as this would probably be skewed in favor of the orginisation. Try getting them from websites that write about it, not just published press releases though. The best sources are ones that are completely neutral, that look at the orginisation from outside. WP:SOURCES should give you some info on what that means. If you need more info, then drop me a line again RT | Talk 18:10, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
