This is an objective view of a new marketing concept that is making rapid headways (just Google it) and deserves an entry on Wikipedia. In fact, the entry has been created based on demand. There's nothing 'blatant' about it. It describes both the pros and the cons, doesn't claim it's unique or new, and makes references where relevant. If Direct Marketing (its philosophical counterpart) is referenced in Wikipedia, so should Next Best Action Marketing. The speedy deletion tag should be removed imo.
