Nexient Learning Inc. (TSX: NXN.H), formerly CrossOff Incorporated, is one of the largest corporate training providers in Canada. Nexient is headquartered in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada, with a distributed executive team based in Sydney, Ottawa, and Toronto.
Nexient was delisted from trading on Toronto Stock Exchange effective at the close of market on Monday, March 24, 2008. Beginning at the open of trading on Tuesday, March 25, 2008, Nexient began trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol NXN.H.

Nexient was created out of a series of acquisitions and mergers among Canada's leading skills development firms[1]. The primary companies involved in recent years include CrossOff Incorporated's wholly-owned subsidiary Polar Bear Corporate Education Solutions, Acerra Learning, and CDI Corporate Education Services. Other Canadian firms which became part of Nexient through prior mergers include BroadLeaf, ExecuTrain, KnowledgeAbility, and several others.
