Does NJ 31 North end at Route 46 (state maintenace) the same way NJ 73 South ends at US 322 but goes to the ACE?

This is confusing.

The roadway ends at US 46. The part that is county maintained is the southernmost section, within Trenton city limits. I will make an edit to the article to make this slightly more explicit. -- NORTH ^talk 08:55, 2 January 2007 (UTC)
