The Name

Anyone able to source the 'New Invention' referred to in the name? I've always wondered... Pimdip 09:23, 9 April 2007 (UTC)

yes: check out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YPLM5Q1zK_w for what is thought to be the origin of the name: the chimney pot was invented there. (though why it didn't get called 'chimney pot' instead is beyond me...!) - gavin (formerly of new invention...) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.56.206.44 (talk) 15:46, 16 September 2007 (UTC)
