[edit] Oldest inhabited?

I have toned down the claim that this is "one of the oldest inhabited buildings in Britain."; but is that true? To a significant extent? Andy Mabbett 08:58, 23 September 2005 (UTC)

I know it sounds idiotic however I saw the statement on a picture of the Manor in an Estate agents. The statement was located underneath the actual picture itself however was on the same sheet of paper inside the frame. - Erebus555 16:53, 15 February 2006 (UTC)
