This article goes into great detail about who's a member and where their funding comes from, but it says very little about what they actually do. It speaks in hushed tones about who they're affiliated with and the influential positions that its former employees now hold implying some kind of conspiracy. This article needs a lot more facts and less innuendo.

Does this group have a website? I tried looking for one in Google but came up short. This group doesn't seem to have done anything for at least five years. If it's defunct, the article should say so. -- D.M. ^(talk) 05:42, 17 January 2006 (UTC)
