New Age of Innovation[1] is the latest management book by C.K. Prahalad and M.S. Krishnan, to be published in 2008 by McGraw-Hill. The authors suggest a major shift in organizational structure-one where IT and the respective management structure form the fundamental foundation of a corporation. The core concept of the book is explained via a principle the authors call N=1 to refer to co-created, personalized experiences and R=G to refer to global interconnectedness among corporations. According to the authors, N=1 and R=G will transform how companies will think about innovation.[1][2]
