New York Restaurant Week
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
New York Restaurant Week is an event held twice a year in which participating restaurants in New York City offer fixed-price lunches and dinners. At the finest restaurants, this can be a fraction of the usual prices. The event is held in January and June. The next event is "NYC Winter Restaurant Week 2008", which will be held from January 21 to 25 and January 28 to February 1. Prices have been set at $24.07 for a three-course lunch, and $35 for dinner. Prices do not include drinks, taxes and tips. Restaurant Week began as a lunch-only promotional event in the mid-1980s.
