Route 157 is a state highway in New Jersey, United States. It is a short route in Absecon between U.S. Route 9 and U.S. Route 30, and once was part of US 9 before that highway was rerouted.
Before the 1953 New Jersey state highway renumbering, Route 157 was Route S4, a spur of Route 4 (now U.S. Route 9).
