New Haw is a village in the Surrey, England about 25 miles to the south-west of London.
Immediately surrounding towns and villages include West Byfleet, Woodham, Weybridge, Addlestone and Ottershaw.
All Saints' Church, built in 1911 is part of the diocese of Guildford.[1]
Local schools include: New Haw Junior School, Fullbrook School and the Grange Community Infant School.[2]
The Veterinary Laboratories Agency, an executive agency of DEFRA, has its central laboratories located in New Haw. The laboratory is notable as being one of the principal test centres for the H5N1 virus, commonly known as Bird Flu.
New Haw stands on the Wey Navigation Canal. Other local landmarks include New Haw Lock and the White Hart pub. Its railway station is Byfleet and New Haw.
