The New England Confederation Alliance (NECA) is an alliance based in the Northeastern United States which promotes the interests of the six New England states: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont. NECA promotes the purchase and support of "Made in New England" products and services and flying the Flag of New England.
