NCST was founded in 1945 as a technical trades school in Pulaski, Pennsylvania. New Castle School of Trades, accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology, accepts students from Ohio and Pennsylvania and has provided hands-on career training for over 60 years. Thousands of skilled graduates have completed one of the many programs offered at NCST. See below for a full list of career field programs.
