Neville Howell

Neville Howell is a former Olympic Medalist in rowing. He has been rowing since 1946. He competed in the Perth Commonwealth Games of 1962; the team of eight he competed with won the gold medal. He also competed with the Australian team in the Melbourne Olympics.
