[edit] Speedy deletion of Jesse Caron
A tag has been placed on Jesse Caron requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Woah, slow down there cowboy! Suicide is not the answer! Wikipedia is not a democracy. We user community-consensus to arrive at notability standards for inclusion. Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion indicate that a non-existent or insufficient claim of notability (sourced or not) is grounds for speedy deletion. You can always recreate the article, but the way it was, it would not have survived. Try reading WP:V, WP:RS, WP:NOTE, and WP:MUSIC before restarting. ... Among the most toxic phrases you can use in asserting somebody's notability, especially a performer, is "up and coming." Others are "promising," "fast-rising" and "next big thing." Also to be avoided: "the next" or "the new" insert name of famous practicioner in this field, such as Dylan, Tupac or Tolkien; "getting a lot of street buzz"; "too new to have drawn attention in the press"; and "ready to break through."
