Netossa is a fictional character in the animated television series She-Ra: Princess of Power.

When Netossa arrives in Bright Moon on holiday with her friend Spinnerella,^[1] it is established that they are from a region on Etheria where no Rebellion exists. Netossa is captured by Hordak and, blaming the Rebels, he sends Spinnerella to retrieve her.^[1] Spinnerella is concerned for her friend and aided the Evil Horde, allowing them access to The Whispering Woods.^[1] When Netossa arrives with She-Ra, Spinnerella realises she has been deceived by Hordak, so she and Netossa join The Rebellion.^[1] The relationship between Netossa and Spinnerella is never fully investigated, but they are shown to have a strong bond.

[edit] Powers and abilities

Her ability is different from the rest of The Rebellion as it appears to have no magical or mystical source. Her skill is shown to be the product of her own hard work and practise.^[2] She can skillfully throw nets that she keeps on her back. She is so accurate in her aim that she is able to capture a Horde Trooper by casting a net through the bars of her cell door.^[1]
