The Netherlands Internet Exchange is an Internet exchange in the Netherlands, distributed over 22 datacenters in ten cities.[1] It was founded in 2002 to serve as an alternative or backup for the Amsterdam Internet Exchange.[2] As of February 18, 2008, the peak inbound traffic is 32.07 Gbit/s and outbound 32.09 Gbit/s. The daily average inbound traffic is 10.23 Gbit/s and the outbound traffic 10.24 Gbit/s.[3]
