Netherlands-Russia relations is the relationships between the two countries, the Netherlands and Russia. Russia has an embassy in The Hague, and the Netherlands have an embassy in Moscow, a consulate in Saint Petersburg, and a honorary consulate in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.

During the cold war, all the Dutch consecutive governments perceived the Warsaw pact including the Soviet Union and Russia as a threat to its safety.
