Nestor Aparicio is not the nephew of Luis Aparicio, retired Hall of Fame shortstop. Mr. L. Aparicio through his attorney has stated that there is no kindship and has requested that Mr. N. Aparicio cease and desist from continuing to advance that claim. Confirmation is obtainable from either Mr. Luis Aparicio or his attorney.Richard A. Wood (talk) 15:04, 2 February 2008 (UTC)
