This article explains what's involved in Nestinarstvo, but it doesn't say what the purpose of the ritual is, or what it symbolizes, or what effect it's believed to have. Why is this ritual performed? --Elysdir 06:28, 19 February 2007 (UTC)

Ah... dunno, it's just a ritual to accompany the feast, you know, just a tradition. Supposedly it's so ancient we don't even know how it originated and what it was supposed to symbolize. I can assume it's most certainly of pagan origin though. TodorBozhinov 10:05, 19 February 2007 (UTC)
