Two story neo-eclectic homes in California, built in 2006. Note short eaves, overall vertical orientation of the design, small front and side yards, and multitude of historical styles. The overall impression is European. Variations of the neo eclectic style are seen throughout the United States, some more Mediterranean and others, like these examples, more northern European. These homes are in the 2500 square foot range and form an instructive comparison to the Ranch House at the start of the article built in 1966 and of similar size.
